ASTEC GmbH is a firm providing photogrammtry and LIDAR products by two airborne devices: a digital camera and a LIDAR system.

ASTEC's products provide 3D information on the earth's surface, its nature and resources. The delivered geobasis data help clients to meet their needs in such fields as planning and management of infrastructure, prevention of disasters and various monitoring tasks. For years the firm's products have been used by public organizations and industry in Europe; 2007 brought the first clients outside Europe.
